Matt Johnson, Team Principal at MOTOR, is a strategist and marketing consultant. He has worked on projects for brands like GEARWRENCH, Crescent Tools, PBOT, Oregon’s Mt. His experience includes designing and executing research, as well as translating findings into practical strategies, marketing plans, and execution. This includes experience in e-commerce, helping brands guide consumers from their first interaction through conversion and retention with clear messaging, intentional content, and calls-to-action aligned with business objectives.
